Memorabilia, last round.

Here's the last one in the memorabilia series for a while. It's summer, I need to go outside and do stuff instead of sitting here in the one man moviecrap clubhouse, where i've been pretty busy framing a lot of the posters lately. The hard part was to find the frames! Luckily I found some here in town, some leftovers from some kind of art school-expo...nonsense. Now the next step is to get em up on the walls. Here's the first load that's waiting:

And of course by running out of frames and not feeling like keeping the rest of the posters in boxes, I had to come up with something cheap to keep them from becoming crumpled pieces of paper. Some of those, especially the ones I found in lots at theatres are already in bad shape. So I put em on a piece of cardboard and wrapped some plastic around it, ducttaped it on the back and voila. Not bad, and it will do for now. Works fine on every size too, will try and do some of the giant french posters somewhere during the weekend.

Too bad getting them up on the walls is out of the question, as in putting them up in the rest of the appartment that is. I already have the kitchen, a room and a hall. The living room would be perfect but you don't wanna know what my girlfriend threatened me with if I put one poster up in there. Nasty! Anyway, I was allowed to bring in one poster, because we both dig the band and it's a pretty cool one...check it out
