Paramount has announced when the latest instalment in its Paranormal Activity franchise will hit screens. Paranormal Activity 5 will arrive in theatres on October 25, 2013 with Jason Blum also returning as producer. Paranormal Activity 4 actually performed well internationally, it raked in 43% less than Paranormal Activity 3 domestically. It will be interesting to see whether the next film can turn around the franchise fatigue ahead of the release of the planned Latino spin-off.
