A Japanese promotional announcement for the Guardians of the Galaxy movie has been released online. So far there are no new details other than a September 2014 release date in Japan. The Guardians of the Galaxy movie release date has an August 1, 2014 release domestically.The movie is being directed by James Gunn, with as-of-yet, no casting details surfacing. Thhere have been more than a few rumors ranging from the most recent, that Iron Man and Robert Downey Jr. will play a role, to Adam Warlock and The Magus appearing. It's also thought that Nova may show as the "stars" in the background seemingly reveal the Nova Corps emblems.
