Two personal favorites of mine. First up, the notorious early 80's vigilante sleaze fest, "The Exterminator". Couple of great songs in this one. The opening song "Heal it" by Roger Bowling, ofcourse, "Disco Inferno" by The Trammps and "Theme for an American Hero" by Chip Taylor.
I can't say i'm a big disco fan, but they work great in movies like this. To grab the three songs, scroll down.
Second one, it's kinda like The Exterminator meets Maniac. Another great Exploitation/horror movie that got it's well deserved attention in the "Nightmare USA" book. Don't Go in the House. So far I found three of the disco tunes. Boogie Lightning by L'Electrique ( the movie version and a longer version) and Late Night Surrender by Jeree Palmer.
